You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Billing and Payments

You agree to pay all charges for the services you use, including any applicable taxes or fees. Charges are based on the pricing plans and packages you select.

3.2 Payment Terms
Payments are due in advance and must be made by the 5th of every month. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.

4. Service Availability

4.1 Service Interruptions
While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or other reasons.

4.2 Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect you.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your service at any time by providing us notice and filling out the required form at the Customer Service Center (CSC) as specified under your service agreement.

6.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
